A comprehensive kit for isolating high-quality genomic DNA from blood, tissue, or cells using magnetic bead technology. Yields DNA suitable for PCR, Sequencing, and Southern Blotting.
2. Kit Components

3. Protocol
- Lysis: Add 200µL sample + 200µL Lysis Buffer + 20µL Proteinase K. Incubate 56°C for 10 min.
- Binding: Add 200µL Ethanol + 20µL Magnetic Beads. Mix well for 5 min. Place on magnetic stand. Remove supernatant.
- Wash: Wash twice with 500µL Wash Buffer 1, then twice with Wash Buffer 2. Air dry for 5 min.
- Elution: Add 50-100µL Elution Buffer. Mix at 65°C for 5 min. Separate beads and collect DNA.
