1. Product Description

A mixture of Protein A and Protein G coated beads for the broad-range purification of antibodies (IgG) from serum or cell culture supernatant.

2. Protocol (IP / Purification)

1. Wash: Equilibrate beads with PBS-T (0.02% Tween).
2. Bind Antibody: Incubate beads with antibody sample for 30-60 min. Wash unbound antibody.
3. Antigen Capture: (Optional for IP) Add antigen lysate and incubate.
4. Elution: For purification, elute with 0.1M Glycine (pH 2.5) and immediately neutralize with 1M Tris (pH 8.5).
