1. Product 설명

Epoxy-functionalized magnetic beads react directly with amine, thiol, or hydroxyl groups on 리간드s. This chemistry allows for stable linkages without additional activation reagents like EDC.

2. 프로토콜

1. Wash: Wash beads 3 times with 결합 버퍼 (e.g., 0.1M Sodium Phosphate, pH 8.0-9.0).
2. 결합: 재현탁 beads in buffer containing the 리간드 + 1M ammonium sµLfate (enhances binding). 인큐베이션 16-24 hours at 37°C or 상온 with rotation.
3. 블로킹: Wash and resuspend in 블로킹 buffer (e.g. 1M Glycine or Tris) for 1 hour.
4. Wash: Wash extensively with PBS to remove non-covalently bound 리간드s.
