1. Product 설명

A mixture of Protein A and Protein G coated beads for the broad-range 정제 of antibodies (IgG) from serum or cell cµLture 상청액.

2. 프로토콜 (IP / 정제)

1. Wash: Equilibrate beads with PBS-T (0.02% Tween).
2. Bind Antibody: 인큐베이션 beads with antibody sample for 30-60 min. Wash unbound antibody.
3. Antigen Capture: (Optional for IP) 추가 antigen lysate and incubate.
4. 용출: For 정제, elute with 0.1M Glycine (pH 2.5) and immediately neutralize with 1M Tris (pH 8.5).
