1. Product 설명

Optimized for the sensitive 추출 of viral RNA/DNA from plasma, serum, or swab samples. Essential for pathogen detection workflows.

2. 프로토콜

1. 용해: 혼합 200µL sample with 300µL Viral 용해 버퍼 (containing 캐리어 RNA). 인큐베이션 10 min.
2. 결합: 추가 결합 용액 & Beads. 인큐베이션 5 min. 자석ize and discard liquid.
3. Wash: Perform stringent washes (Wash A & Wash B) to remove inhibitors.
4. 용출: Elute nucleic acids in 50µL Nuclease-free water. ready for 상온-PCR.
